Online exams option would alleviate students’ anxieties, says NSUI President Akshay Sharma

NSUI president said the University is also exploring more online avenues to conduct all tests online, beginning with exams scheduled for the semester for all classes.

AMRITSAR: Acceding to the request and to the personal intervention of NSUI Punjab President Akshay Sharma over students Covid related concerns, the GNDU administration on Sunday allowed students the option to appear for online examinations also for odd semester Jan-Feb exams.

It is pertinent to mention that after Akshay Sharma raised the issue, University had also yesterday announced the cancellation of the scheduled January 11 Law department examination for Amritsar, Gurdaspur, and Jalandhar campuses.

Akshay lauded VC Jaspal Singh Sandhu for always being forthcoming and generous in ensuring the safety and well-being of students on the campus.

The young leader from Amritsar said that NSUI Punjab has been continuously working to ensure seamless flow of education especially to underprivileged children right through the lockdown.
