Lockdown in Delhi to be extended by another week, to be in force till morning of May 31: CM Arvind Kejriwal

Delhi government extended lockdown in the national capital territory by another week.

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said his government would begin easing restrictions gradually from May 31 if the number of COVID-19 cases continued to decline.

“I consulted many people and the general opinion favoured lockdown extension for one week. So, Delhi government has decided that lockdown will be extended to 5 am on May 31,” he said.
