Efforts have been made to ensure COVID-19 vaccines reach all nooks and corners of country: PM Narendra Modi

In his address to the nation, PM Modi said the people were undergoing suffering but “we need to fight it out with all our might” and expressed confidence that the coronavirus will be defeated with the combined efforts of the people.


The situation was getting better until the 2nd wave of #COVID19 hit us: PM

I am with all those who have lost their near and dear ones during this tough time of #COVID19: PM

I pay my respect to each and every Indian citizen who have lost his or her life while fighting this pandemic: PM

I want to thank all our #COVIDWarriors including doctors, frontline workers, policemen, etc. who are devoting their lives for fighting this virus: PM

The challenge is big but we have to overcome it with our resolve, courage and preparation: PM

The steps that the government has taken in the past few days will certainly help the current #COVID19 situation: PM
There will be new oxygen plants in the states, one lakh new cylinders will also be delivered soon: PM
Small plants in various cities are being set-up to produce oxygen. Pharmaceutical companies are strengthening their infra to build more medicines : PM


Yesterday we took the decision to vaccinate all above 18 years of age. Like before, we will continue to vaccinate the venerable section of our society: PM

Today, India is the proud manufacturer of the most affordable covid vaccine in the world : PM

All Indians above 18 years of age will be vaccinated from 1st May 2021. We need to ensure economy is not affected: PM
I urge migrant workers to stay where they are. Their vaccination is our priority & we will ensure that they get their #COVIDVaccine soon: PM
The current situation is different from that in 2020. India has improved health infrastructure in no time : PM
I request the state administration to keep the trust of workers alive & urge them to stay where they are: PM
States must tell migrant workers they will be vaccinated in next few days and their job will remain with them: PM
All must follow right discipline to safeguard everyone against COVID-19: PM says invoking Ramzan and Ram Navami
I urge my young friends to come forward & make small committees in their community to ensure that all are following COVID Appropriate Behaviour: PM
To all the young friends who are studying in class 7th, 8th, 9th must ensure that COVID Appropriate is followed in their home. If we do this then government will not need to create a containment zone or impose curfew or lockdowns: PM
I repeat my mantra, Dawai Bhi Kadai Bhi. People must follow covid appropriate behaviour: PM
